.We will quote price based on it
. Make drawing once you confirmed price and details. Charge3% of the estimated total price for drawing and refund you once place order.
.Offer you 3D and CAD drawings in 5-7working days after received design fee
.Pay 50% deposit to us once you confirmed drawings
.We will arrange production after received deposit, production time around 15-35days
.Production picture and photos will be offered once available
.Will arrange loading container once we receive residual payment.
.All clearance custom documents will be offered after shipment
. Offer on time and quick after service.
3.How many days is your fastest lead time?
This depends on the quantity. If it is a regular size, our lead time is generally 15-30 days after receiving the deposit.

One year warranty for the main body, the outer protec-
tive structure, water and electricity system and indoor
hardware installation.
5.I want to use container house as a permanent residence, do I need a planning permit?
