Vitrified Diamond Grinding wheels
Application: Rough, fine, superfine grinding on PCD/PCBN toolings.
Suitable CNC machines: Ewag, Farman grinders etc.

Performance on grit sizes:
400-600 mesh: Rough size with sharpen cutting, high wear resistance, no chip on wheels.
600-1200 mesh: Medium size with finer cutting and higher wear resistance.
1500-5000 mesh: Fine Size with polishing only.
For special toolings, please send us detailed drawing, so that we make quotation for you.

for sample for free charge but do not pay the cost
of freight.

Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance before
