main application and performance:

Conveyor type automatic mattress tape edge sewing machine is a new type of automatic flip tape edge machine designed for heavy mattresses. It not only retains the advantage of the normal auto flipping mattress tape edge machine, such as mattress move in and out on the conveyor, corner and flip automatically, but also with optimized conveyor table and the sewing head inclination to ensure a better needle positionning while tape edging the mattress.

a redesigned auto flipping system is also adopted on this machine to minimize the impact for the mattress and table during the auto flipping process to ensure the less deformation for the mattress when the worker tape edge sewing the other side of the mattress.

Special Feature:

1. Use linear guides in lifting ,make it more smoothly with lower noise ;

2.Increase the sewing head lifting range , ensure that the head can be sewn with a comfortable inclination angle (large dip angle) when sewing with the mattress height 30-400mm ;

3.Redesign the head tilt angle structure ,cut the change amount of the needles on back and forward position when the sewing head lifting ;

4.The size of the four table tops, conveyor rollers and conveyor belts are exactly the same, it is easier for the accessories changing

5.Double-push-over design reduce the impact on the working table when using the flipping and protect the mattress in same time ;

6.The bottom frame of the countertop adopts a monolithic design to facilitate the transportation and movement of the machine ;
