SINGLE-COLUMN PALLETIZER
● This machine consists of Z,X,Y axes and grippers to form a single-column palletizing system, which is designed with the concept of high speed, smoothness, and space-saving, and it can be combined with automatic palletizer, palletizing conveyor line, and inlet/outlet conveyor line to form a set of full-automatic palletizing system, which can greatly reduce the number of laborers and lower the intensity of labor;
● This equipment adopts Exton servo and motion control system, realizing intelligent operation and management, which is simple and easy to master;
● Multi-purpose, quick adjustment, no need to worry about changing the stacked products;
● The rack and pinion produced by Taiwan Jingrui Guangyu Co. is characterized by good anti-wear, high precision and stable transmission; pneumatic components and cylinders from Airtac, low-voltage electrics from Schneider, and photoelectrics from SICK, which is of high quality assurance and reliable performance; the electrical wiring adopts the plug-in connection, which is easy to install;
● Safety doors and hoods are equipped with electrical sensing devices, when the hood door opens, the machine stops working, which can protect the personnel;
● Several stacking methods can be accomplished without replacing the stacking parts, and the built-in software method is used to increase the number of palletized products without further programming;
