1. Cutting Machines.

All Maxline's cutting machine were imported from Japan.It can make sure all the incision is smooth and the difference within 0.5mm against the international standard(within lmm).

2.Welding Robots

Maxline Furniture has 3Japan imported Welding Robots.It can weld 500 chairs a day three times more efficient than human. With unified standardthe error can be controlled within lmm.

3.Upholstery Machine

Use air pressure instead of manpower to avoid manpower difference to ensure standard.Meanwhile,cooperate with special mold to ensure the line of cushion is smooth and straight,and there is no 's' line.

4.CNC Cutting Machine

Work according to the preset procedurethe difference is within 0.5mm and the incision is smooth.After installationthe cushion and the frame are perfectly matched.The gap is within lmm.

5.Automatic transportation line

The automatic transportation line connects all links of production,which can effectively save the cost and time of transportation.Meanwhile,it can effectively avoid the collision while transport,ensure all products are best protected.

6.Testing Machine

All Maxline's chairs pass the strength test of ANS/BIFMA X5.4-2012 and EN16139:2013/AC:2013 level 2.With 10 Years Frame Warranty Maxline Promise To Replace A New Chair Within 10 Years If The Problem Is Causing By Structure Problem.

QC System

Maxline deeply understand the particularity international trade. How to reassure customers about quality will be the key point before cooperation. All Maxline Chairs will undergo at least 4 department, more than 10 times QC before packaged.

We will check all parameters according to the customer's order, including size, surface treatment, fabrics, accessories, etc to make sure it is the idea chair that the client order. At the same time, we will check whether the surface of the chair is
scratched and clean one by one. Only when 100% of the goods pass the sampling inspection, this batch of large goods will be packed.
Since all the Maxline chairs are used in commercial places, we will fully understand the importance of safety. Therefore, we will not only ensure the safety through the structure during development, but also select chairs from bulk order for strength test, so as to eliminate all potential safety problem in production.
