Mosaic products request highly refined processing, because the component chips are very small, yet with many precise shapes with angular., Which, not only demand for new and good machine, more important are skilled workers and experienced inspectors. All our workers have worked in our factory for over 10 years. We are expecially proud of our inspection team, they have been well trained after years' experiences in selecting high quality products to meet our customers' high requirements.

Not only we keep using new stones, we never stop designing new styles.WE SPECIALIZE IN NATURAL STONE MATERIALS. although more and more new materials are used for mosaic tiles, such as porcelain, terazzo, metal, etc. we belive that natural material is gift from nature and it gives energy.
The combination of hundreds of materials with hundreds of shapes enable us to creat thousands of interesting mosaics. besides all regular shapes and available designs, we accept cumstomized designs. Customers can choose from our colors collection and make any shapes. Our regular shapes include: penny round, Hexagonal, Herringbone, fan(fish scale), flower, Lantern, Leaf, Parquet, Square, Brick, Smashed, Pebble, strips, Triangle, etc.

Besides marble, we also have grey/coffe/red travertone, basalt. quartzite, and even granite stones for different designs.
PRECISE TIME CONTROL
SHIHUI:
Strcit control time of processing (polish, hone, tumble rtc.) so every chips are equally processed.
OTHERS:
Estimate a rough time to process, which result uneven surface, chipping edges, tool marks etc.
CALIBRATION
SHIHUI:
1, each piece of stone is calibrated into same thickness to get even surfaces.
2, grind to remove tool marks before honing or tumbling and make smooth surface.
THREE TIMES INSPECTION
1st time:
workers who place the chips to mesh firstly check if every piece is fine and nice,
2nd time:
professional inspectors will carefull check each piece of mesh, picking out any unqualified pieces, such as broken, wrong front side, tool marks etc.
3rd time:
Packing workers will check each piece again before packing.
each carton box is made for each type of mosaics. each mesh is covered by plastic film to protect surface.
each crate is made for certain quantity of boxes with weight no over 800KGS.
inside crate there's plastic film cover all carton boxes to proof water.
