Membrance Press Adhesives Bonding PVC with MDF
Our Hot Melt Adhesive is developed for Spring Pocket bonding in mattress and sofa industry, with different color and provide excellent adhesion and cohesion. It's a good choice when longer open time, and good high heat resistance is needed.
Application
Applicable for the standard conventional Hotmelt spray and slot extrude application system.
Storage
Store in a dry place where the temperature is below 40°C and the storage life is one year.
Precautions
Do not mix with other adhesive, and application temperature NOT to exceed 180°C Keep containers and pre-melters covered to avoid contamination 20Kg/carton Material is applied hot. Appropriate
clothing and eye. protection should be use.
Rotate stock-first in, first out.
Suggestions
| 1 | Should not be mixed with any other type of adhesive. |
| 2 | The cover of glue tank should be closed lest the adhesive might be polluted. |
| 3 | If the plant line stops for over 2 hours,The glue temperature should be tuned down |
