Machine application:
This machine is suitable for different product to do skewer, such as meat cube , meat sheet, meat tendon, pork skin, kebab, toufu, potato chips, squid and so on products; also can be used for any products who are soft need to be skewer. The skewer finished by machine is size evenly, clean, good taste.
Machine structure and working principle:
User put the raw material inside the mold tray, put the mold tray onto the the work table, the work table under the motor drive will move forward to the function space, when the mold reach to the exact position, the mold sensor and the stick loading sensor will control the pneumatic sticker loader device loading stick and push the stick to the function space and insert into the mold to skewer the product. The mold sensor will detect the mold one by one.
Machine features:
1. Table type machine, small floor space, easy move and operation.
2. Auto inductive sticks insert system, work stable.
3. PE mold , which can be clean easily.
4. Meat skewer length can be adjusted according to customer needs.
5. This machine can be used for bamboo sticks also can be used for metal sticks.
