FTO (Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) glass is a transparent and electrically conductive glass substrate commonly used in various
electronic and optoelectronic applications. It is manufactured by depositing a thin layer of tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) or
tin-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) onto a glass surface. FTO glass is characterized by its excellent electrical conductivity, high optical
transparency in the visible spectrum, good chemical stability, and low resistivity. Its most prominent feature is its resistance

How to distinguish the conductive surface and the back of ITO glass .
The side where the current flows is the conductive surface of the ITO glass. If you need to test the sheet resistance of the conductive glass, you must use a four-probe tester.
Alkali resistance .
immersed in 60℃, 10% sodium hydroxide solution.After 5 minutes, the square resistance of the ITO layer does not change more than 10%
Acid resistance .
Acid resistance, immersed in 25℃, 6% hydrochloric acid solution, After 5 minutes, the ITO layer's sheet resistance change value does not exceed 10%
Solvent resistant .
25°C acetone, absolute ethanol or 100 partsDeionized water, then add 3 parts of EC101 to make a cleaning solution.Then immerse the ITO glass in the cleaning solution. After 5 minutes, the sheet resistance of the ITO layer no more than 10% .
Adhesion .
Attach tape to the ITO film surface and quickly tear it off, The ITO conductive film surface is not damaged; Or quickly tear three time, ITO change of sheet resistance does not exceed 10%
stability .
After heating for 30 minutes in air at 300°C, ITO conductive surface change of sheet resistance ≦300% .

Conductive glass cleaning.

During the production, packaging, and transportation of ITO/FTO conductive glass, the surface of the glass may be contaminated by impurities such as dust or grease. Before using ITO/FTO conductive glass, it is necessary to clean it. There are many cleaning
methods, the most commonly used is ultrasonic cleaning with organic solvents. Grease stained on the glass surface is insoluble in water, but it is soluble in organic solvents such as toluene, acetone, and ethanol.
Among them, toluene has the strongest degreasing ability, so first clean with toluene, but toluene will remain on the glass
surface. Since toluene is soluble in acetone, it can be cleaned with acetone, which not only cleans out the residual grease, but also dissolves toluene. Similarly, acetone will remain on the glass surface. Since acetone is soluble in ethanol, continue to clean with ethanol. Ethanol and water dissolve each other in any ratio, and then use a large amount of deionized water to dissolve the ethanol, and finally put it in anhydrous alcohol for storage, and then take it out for use when it is used, so that many tablets can be washed at one time.
