Feature of our apricot kernel cracking machine:
Working principle:
The roller in the machine squeezes the same size nuts,the hard shell is broken.you can get pure nut through the vibrating screen. If you want to deal with different sizes of nuts, you need to divide the nuts into several different size, and only add same size nuts at each time to break the shell.
Our Feature:
1. It is mainly used to peel the hard shell of apricot/almond, palm, hazelnut etc.
2. The machine use the pressure roll gap to breaking the shell, the gap between the sheller can be ajusted. After taking off the big gap, then take off the small, in this cycle.
3. The pressure roll gap should be ajusted smaller 1- 1.5mm than the amlond plam flat size.
4. Ajust the gap according to the material to ensure the kernal is not broken.
5. Single level almond peeling machine and Three level almond peeling machine.
6. Stable running, good performance.
