Hot Melt Adhesive

O perating C onditions Suggestion
l It is suitable for standard hot melt multi-line, slit scraping, spiral spray and fiber spray and other coating methods.
l The recommended operating temperature is 160 ° C - 175 ° C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment and other conditions
l When cleaning, you can consult the equipment manufacturer, or clean it with clean mineral oil at 120 ° C, and then rinse it with the same type of hot melt glue, and the washing temperature of the glue does not exceed 170 ° C.

Attention
l The bonding properties of hot melt adhesives vary depending on the surface cleaning and the
amount of glue applied.
l Pls P rotect yourself well when working near the glue machine , and wear the glasses .
l The temperature of the glue should be below 180 ℃ , which can minimize the danger of
combustible volatiles.
l When using hot melt adhesive, the air should be unobstructed and away from the fire source.
