Cream Carbonara Buldak – Samyang gives an Italian twist to the famous “Buldak” series!

Carbo Buldak Stir-Fried Noodles is a product developed with the focus on consumers’ recipes that it is delicious when eaten with the cream sauce mixed with Buldak Stir-fried noodles. Samyang Foods succeeded in expanding the consumer base of the Buldak brand by adding soft cream to the spicy flavor of Buldak to reproduce the cream pasta taste and lowering the spiciness to half the level of the original Buldak fried noodles.

In early February 2020, Samyang Foods announced that the cumulative sales of Carbo-buldak-bokkeum noodles in Korea exceeded 100 million in two years of launch. Carbo Buldak Stir-Fried Noodles was released as a limited edition in December 2017 in commemoration of the sale of 1 billion Buldak brands, but it became very popular, with 36 million units sold during the limited sales period of 3 months. It was released as a formal product.
