Operation
1. Put the poultry directly into the scalding pool after draining.
2. One time can put 100 kilograms or so of poultry.
3. The scalding time is between 120 and 150 seconds.
4. The water temperature is between 65 and 67 degrees, and between 60 and 63 degrees in the hot season.
