Q:How long are the delivery times?
A: For stock order will be shipped within 24 hours after full payment arrived. Your package may be delayed during national holidays, festivals or transport.For customized order will be around 15-25 days base on your actual quantity. Arrival times depend upon which country and which postage method we use.
Q:How do l get a refund ?
A: Should you not fell satisfied with pre-production please contact us within 3days upon your receipt other products. We will refund you if you send all the hair back to us within 7days of your receipt of the items for any acceptable reason.
However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.If the items are dam- aged or lost when they returned,the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss.
Q:What should I do for the wrong products ?
A:If you have received the wrong products then you should return them back to us as long as the packaging seal has bot been broken. When we receive it, we will correct the mistake and send you the right product to you,at no cost. A: Treat the hair as if it is your own.Use a flat/iron straighten or tongs even when fitted,but as with your own hair,never use not tools too often as you could try the hair and it will not last as long.
