2. Design Drawing
If our quote is acceptable to you, we will check the detailed site stairwell measurements with you, and work out the detailed design drawing/3D design picture for you to confirm the final type and sizes.
3. Production
Production time would be about 35days after deposit paid and shop drawing confirmed.
Accurate time will depend on final quantity and if peak season or not.
* Fabrication - Cutting - Drilling - Welding - Polishing - Surface Treatment (Hot-dipped galvanization for rust proof, Painting / Powder coating)

Trial Assembly & Surface Treatment

We do trial assembly for each set of staircase to make sure all dimensions are correct and will do the strict inspection work for the staircase.
Inspection Before Packaging Work -
※ Measure Staircase Important Dimension Information as per Signed Shop Drawing,
including but not limited to Staircase Height, Staircase Width, Step Width, Step Height, Riser Height & Railing Height, etc.
※ Check the Glass Panel Total Quantities, measure each Glass Panel Width & Height to ensure are based on the Signed Shop Drawing, inspect Glass Panel Corners, Edges & Standard Logos.
5.Packing
- to get goods ready for shipping
Packing way depends on whether goods will be shipped in FCL way (full container loading) or LCL way (less than container loading).
Standard packing:
Stringer & Handrail: Foam + woven bag (add plywood box if in LCL shipping);
Tread & Glass & Accessories: Foam + carton + sealed plywood box
4. Container loading & Shipping
If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.
If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.
If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.
