Carbonization Furnace
The airflow carbonization furnace is different from the spontaneous combustion carbonization method. The airflow uses the design of the carbonization furnace to allow the combustible gas to be circulated outside the furnace. Just like our daily rice cooker, it is heated externally and it get hot internally. The principle is the same.
The drying starts from ignition, and the temperature of the carbonization furnace slowly rises to 160°C. For example, to carbonize coconut shell, at the time when the moisture contained in the coconut shell mainly depends on the external heating and the heat by the combustion of the coconut shell to evaporate. The chemical composition of the coconut shell has almost no change.
Airflow carbonization furnace, it has unique gas collection structure, it makes the flue gas produced by carbonization fully utilized. In addition to the energy saving and environmental protection, the remaining 60% of the flue gas can be used as other heat sources for drying and carbonization. It adopts the hoisting combination structure and utilizes the lifting and cooling method to carbonize 3 pots in one day, which greatly shortens the production cycle and improves the charcoal production efficiency.
