Product Description
Primer is reactive black liquid which can cure on exposure to moisture, to promote and accelerate the adhesion of polyurethane sealant on painted bodyshell and to protect the sealant from UV light on the other hand.
Instructions of Application
1. Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
2.Pour the primer into the disposable container, operating use cotton dipped the primer.
3. Brush application the primer uniformity for one-time, befit for no flow with testing by verticality.
4. Primer extension brushing the same direction, to avoid repeated brushing.
5.After pour the primer immediately closed the bottle cap. Repeatedly opening the bottle cap can lead to the increase of viscosity.
6. Prior to use, please test the bonding compatibility
Application
Primer is applied on painted surface to enhance the adhesion of PU sealant to different substrates.
PACKAGING :50ml,100ml, 250ml, 1L in aluminum bottle.
