Usually, we do not offer free samples. But if you place order more than 3000 pcs, we can refund the sample cost.
Q4: Can I get my own design of the products?
If you want to custom your products, you can provide the detials of the sample you like. Then we can produce the sample according to your requirements. Also, if you also can send us a sample, we can produce a sample according to the original sample.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
- As for the samples, we can ship them out about 7-15 days after payment confirmed.
- As for the bulk production, we can finish them in about 45 working days.
Q6: How to ship the samples out?
We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT as your request.
