Product Overview
Automatic case palletizer robot
This automatic palletizer machine adopts PLC touch screen and intelligent control system, easy to operate and maintain. It can put the bags on the pallet in a fixed order and stack them automatically. The multilayer of palletzing enables the fork moves them into warehouse.
At the same time, it can cooperate with the pallet machine, stacker area conveyor line, feed conveyor line, etc. (optional) to form a set of stacker system. The stacker will stack the cartons on the pallet according to a certain arrangement for automatic stacking, which can be stacked in multiple layers and then pushed out, so as to facilitate the transportation of forklift to the warehouse for storage. The equipment is controlled by motion controller and teaching pendant to realize intelligent operation and management, which is simple and easy to master. It can greatly reduce labor personnel and labor intensity.
