Liquid Nitrogen Generator Brief:
The liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine) equipment is composed of three parts: xenon generator (built-in or external), refrigeration equipment (gas liquefaction equipment) and dewar. The whole machine has the function of automatic liquid replenishment when the liquid nitrogen tank is lower than the set liquid level, and the equipment will start automatically when the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank is lower than the set liquid level. The liquid nitrogen machine is manufactured using the principle of throttling refrigeration of mixed working fluid, which cools the nitrogen from the ambient temperature step by step to the saturated condensation temperature of nitrogen liquefaction, and the minimum temperature of the refrigeration machine can be -196 °C, and the liquefied liquid nitrogen in the refrigeration evaporator is transported to the liquid nitrogen tank for preservation and liquid nitrogen, and the equipment automatically detects the liquid nitrogen level in the dewar.
