Products Description
The tumbler uses the principle of physical impact to make the meat move up and down in the drum, collide and beat each other to achieve massage and pickling effects.
The working principle of the hydraulic tumbler: The hydraulic tumbler adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the speed range is 3-12 rpm (the low-speed function of 1-4 rpm can be selected). Starts smoothly, reduces the impact when the machine starts, and prolongs the service life of the equipment. Specially equipped with auxiliary material vacuum suction tube. Using (optional) PLC and touch screen control can divide the total working time into six more process cycles, each process cycle is divided into two steps, and each step is individually set for time, speed, vacuum state, and steering. Meet the processing requirements of diverse products. High-standard hygienic design. The whole machine is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel; the inside of the tumbler barrel is finely polished, there is no sanitary dead corner, and the discharge position can be completely drained. Optional "V-shaped" and "single-piece" blades, with different rolling strengths, are suitable for different products.
