Cappings screw press honey/wax separator
Screw type honey wax separator is a kind of small equipment suitable for bee farmers and small bee farms. The principles of the machine operation is the honey capping wax in the rotation of the screw and screw cylinder pressure, forcing the separation of honey and beeswax.
Working principles
Honey Paw Wax Press is high capable machine with a capacity of 50 kg / hour. Ideal when used with automatic uncapping machine.Made of high quality parts and stainless steel.
Start the process by putting the wax and honey mixture in to the wax press' hopper.
Hopper feeds the honey and wax into the rotating screw which starts carrying the mixture towards the screw's end.
Honey is separated from wax by screw's pressing force and the honey flows out of the screw cylinder holes into the separate honey sump.
Honey is pre-filtered and collected into wax press' honey sump. Wax keeps pressing at the end of the screw from where it can be collected in to a bucket.
