Q1: What information need to be provided before quoting?
A: We need know that: car model/wheel picture, wheel size, PCD,CB, ET(offset), color and order quantity.
If possible, the brake size is also needed.
Q2: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: Yes, we accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packaging design.
Q3: What's the MOQ?
A: For most common wheels, our MOQ is 4 pcs.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
A: After we receive the deposit, and customer confirm the 3D drawing of the wheel, 14 working days are needed for 4 pcs.
Q5: What's the payment term?
A: 100%T/T, 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Q6: How to gurantee the wheel quality?
A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test .
Our factory is ISO/TS16949, TUV/JWL/VIA certified.
Q7: How to deliver the wheels?
A: We have cooperated with some reliable shipping companies and agents. And if you don’t have your own agent, we could suggest the most economic way for shipping.
