Q1: How do I become a dealer or distributor?
A1: To start the processing of becoming a dealer or distributor, please send an e-mail to info (at) cytac.com, or contact any sales from the Cytac website for a "Dealer" or "Distributor" information form. Fill in and send back, Cytac sales will help finish the processing.
Q2: How do I handle a damaged shipment?
A2: If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, notify carrier and Cytac sales immediately.
Q3: How do I handle a defective product?
A3: If you receive any defective product, please contact Cytac sales as soon as you can for help or change.
Q4: Can I order the productions combination to meet the MOQ?
A4: Combination order to meet the MOQ is acceptable at the first cooperation. Future orders should meet the MOQ for each model.
Q5: Can I order small quantity, and pay for it by Paypal or credit card?
A5: Order small quantity, pay for it by Paypal is acceptable. Credit card payment is not acceptable. Please contact Cytac sales for details.
Q6: How long will I get my order?
Q6: That depends on you. There are many options that affect the lead times. Normally 7-10 work days after payment confirmed. If the products your ordered we have them in stocks, the order can be shipped out 48 hours after the payment confirmed. And add 5-7 work days for the shipment by couriers.
