Conveyor belt foam cutting machine with vacuum

The machine is to use high speed blade to cut the foam block into different thickness automatic as per the thickness set up

the cutting frame is fixed, cut head could move up&down automatically, and the  conveyor belt worktable with foam block will move farward &backward automatically to cut the foam block into foam sheet

advantage:

1. with touch screen& PLC automatic control

2. with  vacuum system and hole on the conveyor to suck the foam block to improve the cutting effect

3. customzied max cutting width 2000mm or 2200mm

4. max cutting height could up to 1500mm

5. Automatic press roller is installed to hold the block to cut thick foam sheet

6. the machine will cut the foam block from up to down autoamtically until finish

7. limit switch are installed to protect the machine
