A two-component, high-performance,

material consisting of a low-activity secondary amine-based resin (polyaspartate resin) and an aliphatic isocyanate, with the reaction product called polyaspartate urea, or aspartic polyurea for short.
Polyaspartic polyurea was first invented by Bayer in Germany, and started to be used in the coating industry in the 1990s, and has been used for more than 30 years.
