HMEMC High performance 3m SEMI-EMC Chamber

HM-SACC-3 is a semi-anechoic chamber designed according to the 3m test distance, mainly composed of 3m method main anechoic chamber, operation control room and power amplifier room (conduction test room can be selected), used for 3m distance radiation immunity test and radiation Emission compliance testing. The complete anechoic chamber system can cover various standards such as CISPR, EN, FCC, GB, GJB, etc., and has the ability to upgrade to a full-anechoic chamber. It can be widely used in electromagnetic compatibility testing of IT products, household appliances, medical equipment, auto parts, small military electronic products, industrial electronic products, and communication fields. After adding special interface, special products can be tested, such as water meter, gas meter, electric energy meter, etc.

Product configuration

◆ Typical outside shield size : 9m(length)×6m(width)×6m(height). ◆ Shielding structure : SmartShield Twin Wally double-layer shielding structure is adopted, from the inside to the outside are high-performance composite tapered absorbing material, ferrite, anti-corrosion multilayer board and standard shielding module, in two adjacent standard shielding modules Use conductive shielding gasket Gasketi for good RF shielding and electrical contact connections. ◆ Standard shielding module : The size is 3m×1m, and it is made of 2mm thick double-sided galvanized steel sheet by bending twice on four sides. The thickness of double-sided galvanized steel sheet is ≥2mm, the thickness of galvanized layer is ≥20um, and the thickness is uniform. The modules are connected with ‘level 8.8’ M10 screws.

◆Absorbing structure:

The anechoic chamber wall absorbing structure is composed of low-frequency absorbing material ferrite tiles(100mm×100mm×6.7mm) and high-performance composite cone EPP absorbing material "HM-HPA"; the ground moveable absorbing material is composed of HM-BPA EPP absorbing material and ferrite tiles. The absorbing material can be covered with a white reflector to beautify the interior environment and increase brightness.

◆ Shielding door : 1m×2m., 1.2m×2m or 1.5m×2 and 4m×4m and other sizes can be selected, and special size design can also be made according to needs. The opening types include manual, electric, pneumatic, and semi-automatic rails, etc.
