Q1. What your MOQ? Can I order small order QTY at the first time?
A1. MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color. Low MOQ 1000pcs as trial order is welcomed. Please kindly advise the quantity and other
requirements, we will caculate cost accordingly. With our high quality and good service, you will have successful business.
Q2. Can I place some samples for testing and checking before placing the order？
A2. Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be
refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it
will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.
Q3. How long is sample lead time?
A3. For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 days, depending designs.
Q4. How long is the production lead time?
A4. It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100Kpcs. For those items available with low MOQ 1000pcs, we can offer within 15 days.
Q5. Can you do ODM,OEM products?What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
A5. Yes,ODM,OEM order is accepted.We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the
best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
Q6. How many colors are available?
A6. We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or
we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q7. Which market your sell your products?
A7. Our products are hot sell in Europe, South-America, Australian, Aisa. etc.
Q8. What is your payment term?
A8. Our normal payment terms is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight.
