Product Description
Semi automatic piston filling machine
Introduction:
The machine is semi-auto piston type filling machine . It is suitable to fill both liquid and paste like water oil shampoo tomato paste peanut butter fruit jam with pieces etc.
For hot filling, machine with double hopper, which can be heated to keep paste temperate inside. Also with a mixer to stir the paste inside even.
The machine is made with SUS304, and contacted parts with liquid is made with SUS316L.
It is easy to adjust filling volume for example from 500ml to 50ml/ or from 1000ml to 100ml/ or from 5L to 1L etc, with adjustment handle on machine cabinet, with high filling accuracy.
Filling head adopts with anti-leakage, anti-dropping function.
The machine can be made with 1 filling head or 2 filling heads according to customers’ filling requirement.
Easy take down and clean.
