Scope
W50 is a viscosity modifier made of a polymeric matter. It is successfully used in gypsum products for improving the workability of fresh mixed gypsum products within the designated working time. The problems frequently encountered in self-leveling gypsum like bleeding and segregation are effectively resolved by W50. By combination of W50 and supperplasticizer, a good quality self-leveling gypsum (flowable, workable and well integrated fresh mix in the working time not less than 30 minutes) is easily obtained no matter the gypsum used is pure or desulfuration gypsum and phosphogypsum.
By properly dosing W50, high flowable and workable fresh mixed gypsum products (mortar,self-leveling and etc.) are easily obtained. The bleeding, segregating and settling of fresh mix are effectively prevented.
Properties

4.The effectiveness of W50 in gypsum application is free from the pH value of fresh mixed gypsum products.

6.Applying W50 together with polycarboxylate superplasticizer in gypsum products, it enhances the adaptability of various of superplasticizer and makes it easy for quality control of gypsum products.
7.W50 has no negative effects on the gypsum hardening and its strength development.
8.W50 has good compatibility with other admixtures.
Packing and Storage
1.Package: Packed in a 25Kg water proofing bags.
2.Shelf life: 12 months.
3.Please stored at a ventilated and cool place, and keep from direct sunlight and water.
4.When opened, the product should be used in time, and the unused should be sealed in time to prevent the product from hygroscopic deterioration.
Remarks
1.It is nontoxic but it is inedible. It is not found that it has adverse effects on the environment when it is applied. If it is contact directly to eyes and body skin accidentally, running water shall be used to wash it out immediately.
2.Ask us for material safety data sheet (MSDS) and permit for transportation upon it is requested.
3.It shall be stored in a sealed bag and keep from rain and sunlight.
