1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer. You can see the video of our KAMINGS factory view on this page. You are always welcome to visit our factory. We have our own production facilities and our own production line. What's more, we have an excellent team consisting of quality team, designer group, management team and experienced workers, etc.
2) What is your orderquantity and production lead time?
For most of the projects, we don't have stock in our warehouse, KAMINGS studio only produce printing according to customer design needs (or assist customer design), so our starting order quantity is 500 and we will be able to deliver to you quickly within 20 days, it will depend on the quantity of your order. Normally, our samples will be able to be sent out within 7 days.
3) Can you do custom design and logo on the product/package?
As a professional factory, we welcome custom design and also accept low MOQ custom logo. Please send us your design and our team of engineers will work closely with you.
4) Can you provide me with high quality pictures and videos?
If needed, our factory can provide high quality original pictures and videos to you.
