How to Use
Surface Preparation
1. The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease,laitance etc.
2. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed.
3. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application.
4. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.

1.Substrate
Maydos HS 2K clear coat should be applied over:
Properly prepared paintwork in good conditions Maydos Oil-based Basecoat.
Existing jobs should be properly sanded and degreased. For cleaning and degreasing the surface prior to applying the base coat.

3.If the paint is used on metal surface, primer is recommended
4.For optimum application, ensure that both spray booth temperature and paint temperatureare between 20°C and 25°C.
5.Clean the spray gun thoroughly immediately after use of 2k products
6.This product is highly flammable liquid. May cause sensitization by inhalation and skincontact.
