Main Equipments Description
Rotary Scrubber
The rotary scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilizing pebbles and rocks within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clay, agglomerates and soft oxides. The scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral from tough clay, schist’s and rock. Disintegrated material is homogeneously slurried within the drum, whilst the autogenous load is retained within the drum by reverse flights located at the drum discharge end.
Hydrocyclone
Hydraulic cyclone is high efficient beneficiation equipment that used for the separation to remove the heavier coarse particles sediment and substances from the sewage. Sometimes it can be used for sludge dewatering.
Hydro-cyclone is a kind of equipment for classifying the ore pulp by use of centrifugal force. It has no motion and dynamic parts, and needs to be matched with corresponding slurry pump.
Spiral Chute
Spiral chute is one of the gravity concentrators, which separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium. It has extremely good performance and effects in processing placer of beach, riverside, seashore and stream.Desen spirals separator are made of polyurethane lined fiber glass with wearable corundum inner surface. Generally there are 5 turns in one start, single, twin, triple and quad starts available per column to suit capacity requirments.
