639B can be used for stiffening treatment on various natural, synthetic fabrics and their blends, mainly used for padding process in setting machine
Preparation 639B is easily soluble in water, can be simply diluted by water before use.
Process
Padding process 1. Handle modifier 639B 5 - 15 g/L Pick up：60 - 80% Drying：160 - 170 °C, 1 - 2 min 2. Common stiffening finishing process 639B 20 - 100 g/L Pick up ratio：60 - 80% Drying：160 - 170 °C, 1 - 2 min 3. Super stiffening finishing 639B > 150 g/L Pick up ratio：60 - 80% Drying：160 - 170 °C, 1 - 2 min Notice: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary trials. |

Operating and Safety Instructions
1. Dosage can be adjusted based on the stiffening and handle requirements. 2. Super stiffing finishing process will inevitably cause color change and yellowing on the fabric, even the apparent style of the fabric. In this case, preliminary trials are recommended based on actual equipments, fabric and other conditions. 3. Check Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
