This is a high speed ultrasonic cutting machine for medium to large bakeries and baking facilities. It has two workstations to alternately cut products. It uses two titanium blades to cut various products into different cutting patterns and sizes. The cutting patterns and sizes can be easily set on the PLC touchscreen. It can cut a wide range of sheet and roller products, Cheesecakes, mousse cakes, chocolate mud cakes, layer cakes, brownies, tiramisu, nougat, cereal bars, fudge cakes, pastry dough, biscotti, and pies are a few examples. With this machine, one operator could double the productivity.
