CT-C Series Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven

Description

A hot air circulation oven, also known as a convection oven, uses a heating system that circulates hot air throughout the cooking chamber to cook food. Here's how it generally works:

Heating Element: The oven contains one or more heating elements, typically located at the top and bottom of the cooking chamber. These elements produce heat when electricity flows through them.

Fan: A fan is positioned at the back of the oven. When the oven is turned on, the fan starts to rotate.

Air Circulation: As the fan rotates, it draws in air from the oven's interior and passes it over the heating elements. The heating elements heat up the air, increasing its temperature.

Hot Air Distribution: The heated air is then blown back into the cooking chamber through strategically placed vents or ducts. The fan ensures that the hot air circulates evenly around the food.

Even Cooking: The circulating hot air creates a consistent temperature distribution throughout the oven, eliminating hot spots. This even heat distribution results in faster and more uniform cooking.

Cooking Process: The hot air cooks the food by transferring heat to its surface. As the food absorbs the heat, it cooks from the outside in. The continuous circulation of hot air helps to cook the food more quickly and efficiently than in a conventional oven.

Exhaust Vent: Some ovens also have an exhaust vent to release excess moisture or steam generated during cooking. This vent helps maintain a dry cooking environment and can be especially useful when baking or roasting.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The CT-C Series Hot Air Circulation Drying Oven is a box-like shape which can be easily disassembled and fixed; it includes CT series (centrifugal blower) and CT-C series (axial flow blower). The heat source the drying oven can be steam and electricity.

This product is equipped with low noise, high temperature proof axial flow blower and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulating system is fully sealed and it increased the thermal efficiency (traditional ovens 3%-7%, current oven 35%-45%), the highest thermal efficiency can reached 70%. The technology of the hot air circulating oven is advanced level in world. It is an energy saving product and it has improved the economic benefits for a lot of Chinese manufacturers. In 1990, the Chinese Medical Management Bureau has issued the industry standard for the drying oven and the standard model number is RXH.
