DISINFECTION CERTIFICATE
This Mannequin Head is made of finest 100% Nature human hair,which has been hygienically sterilized.The hair has been chemically bathed and disinfected by steaming to ensure optimum safeguards.The Mannequin Head was treated,washed,sterilized and combed,so it is ready for use.
Human Hair Disinfection Procedures
1.Hair BOILED in water for six(6) hours.
2.Rinsed in clear,natural water.
3.Placed in an ACID BATH for 5-20 minutes.
4.Soaked in SODIUM HYDROXIDE to neutralize acids.
5.Afterwards,it is washed in clear water.
6.Rinsed in bath of mixture of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE(H2O2) and AMMONIA.
7.Shampooed and Washed in clear water.
8.Then conditioned and air dried naturally.
1.Take the following precautions:
- Before using, we recommend that you moisten your hair.
- The head is suitable for Dyed,Bleached,Hair straightener,Curling Irons with a temperature not exceeding 220℃.
- It's not unusual,especially for new blonde mannequins,to have some loose hairs.Brushing the mannequin hair before proceeding will eliminate these loose hairs.
2.To prevent knot formation precautions:
- Choose sparse steel comb(anti-static).When combing hair,follow mannequin head hair direction gently comb.
- If the hair is knotted,gently comb,don't force comb.If hair becomes badly tangled,allow the hair to dry thoroughly,then gently comb.
- Full strength waving-lotion may cause hair to mat or tangle
- Dilute waving lotion slightly more than for use with a human head.Rinse the head with lukewarm water (16℃~35℃).Do not use too hot or too cold water.
- After wash by clear water,dry hair by towel.Don't by hand or machine to drying.Then,comb hair to mannequin head hairstyle.
- Place the mannequin head dry naturally.Don't be exposed to the sun or blow dry by hair dryer at high temperature.
- When the hair dry about 90%,comb the hair straight.
