Introduction of bottle blowing machine
Bottle blowing machine is a kind of equipment which can make plastic particles into hollow containers by blowing process. The common types of machines include one-time forming hollow extruder using PP and PE, two-time forming injection and pull blow machine using PET, PC or PP, and newly developed multi-layer hollow extrusion and stretch blow molding. Nowadays, environmental protection plastics made of PET are commonly used. Blow Molding Machine: After the liquid plastic is ejected, the wind from the machine is used to blow the plastic body to a certain shape of the cavity, thus making products. This machine is called Blow Molding Machine. It is also a kind of bottle blowing machine, namely hydraulic bottle blowing machine. The tubular plastic billet produced by extrusion or injection moulding of thermoplastic resin is placed in the opposite open die while it is hot (or heated to the softening state), and compressed air is injected into the billet immediately after the closure of the mould, so that the plastic billet is blown up and attached to the inner wall of the mould, and various hollow products are obtained by cooling and demoulding.
