A: A quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you tell size, quantity, and special requirement.

A: We can do all payments such as online trade assurance, T/T, Alipay, western union, wechat, Alibaba online, Credit Card, LC Payment, etc.

A: EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP depends on customer's requirement.

A: Yes, we accept trial order for the first time customers.

A: Yes, we can arrange a sample for you, but we do not pay for freight.
6.How do we ensure of your quality before purchasing?
A: We can send sample for you to examine, but you can also send an agent to inspect the production in our factory to remove your doubts of our quality.
7.Q: Can you custom the product to our liking? Do you show our custom order to others?
A: Yes, we have we have our own R&D dept., customs services are also available (OEM & ODM service) and we will not show the custom product to others. Please contact us for further inquires.
8.Q: Can you print the logo on my product or color box for my product?
A: Yes we can, please note that print / laser logo MOQ is 300pcs while MOQ for color box is 500pcs.
9.Q: What's your delivery time?
A: Depending on the order quantity, the delivery time for normal and without any logo products is 7~15 days. Meanwhile, casting products, logo products, and color box packaging needs some time negotiation.
10.Q: What types of shipping methods can you do?
A: We can ship by air, sea, or express shipping.
11.Q: What's your warranty?
A: We have 1 year (12 months) of warranty for each product that you purchased.
12.Q: What should we do if we receive defective goods/products?
A: All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing. If there are defective products/goods, please take some photos for evidence. We will give you refunds or resend the goods after identifying the problem.
