Calcium silicate board is made of high grade siliceous and calcareous through high temperature and high pressure reaction, adding reinforced with glass fiber, new energy-saving insulation material without asbestos, the product can be long-term use in 650°C -1000°C high temperature environment, extend the service life of equipment. Its main process is mixing, heating, gelling, molding, autoclaving and drying processes. Calcium silicate board is a new type of rigid insulation material.
Calcium silicate board is light weight, low thermal conductivity, high rupture and, compressive strengths, calcium silicate won’t distort even in contact with water, with other features like long service life, sawing-worthiness, easy processing, non-toxics, non-corrosiveness to piping and equipment, etc..
Calcium Silicate Board is used as thermal insulation layer of power plant boiler and turbine body, chemical plant cracking furnace and distillation column, steel plant heating furnace, drying oven, paper mill digesting kettle, also the thermal cover on the pipelines in these plants.
