1. Check whether the wine source and gas source are connected correctly, and whether the pressure value of each pressure reducing valve meets the specified requirements.
2. Turn on the touch screen power switch. Select the filling program corresponding to the can.
3. Turn on the wine source switch, gas source switch and CO2 gas source switch.
4. Place the empty can on the positioning plate.
5. Press the start button, the filling machine will enter the preset program. After the filling is finished, the wine pouring head is raised. Just remove the can. If the filling volume is not full, the filling volume is too large, or foaming occurs, please check whether the pressure meets the requirements. Due to the different quality of wine made by different customers, relevant parameters need to be adjusted appropriately. Appropriate corrections can be made in conjunction with the introduction in the operation manual. In addition, it should be noted that the equipment must ensure sufficient CO2 pressure in the tank before filling, otherwise there will be alcohol foam.
