A: We offer customization options for the logo, size, color, materials, packaging method, steel pipe thickness, and types of

Q: How long does it take to produce a sample?
A: Regular samples take between 5-10 days. For products innovated according to the customer’s ideas, it may take between 10 to 30 days.
Q: What is the production lead time for your products?
A: The production lead time is typically about 25-30 working days. However, we do have a select few products that are readily available for immediate shipment upon payment or within 3-7 days. These products are referred to as “Ready to Ship Items.”

A: With over 20 years of production experience, we have established strong relationships with material suppliers who offer us competitive prices. Our entire production process is in-house, allowing us to control quality and save costs effectively. We strive for mechanization to further save costs. We can offer very competitive prices to our customers while ensuring good quality and timely delivery.

A: Our factory has been approved by Walmart - FCCA, ISO14001, SCAN Security Audit, BSCI, UL, and BSI. We are also proud to be FSC certified and a member of SEDEX.

A: We have many customers selling their products on Amazon, we are familiar with the packaging requirements for Amazon’s regular products and we can deliver your products from our factory to any designated Amazon warehouse.
Q: What kind of logistics services does your factory provide?
A: We offer various shipping methods and trade terms including EXW, FOB, DDP, and DDU. In our experience, sea freight is the most cost-effective option, especially for product volumes of at least 1 cubic meter.
