The explosion-proof electric hoist is a kind of light and small lifting equipment. The explosion-proof electric hoist has light weight, small volume and large lifting capacity. When the workshop is filled with explosive mixture, it is a favorable tool to improve working conditions and labor productivity on the premise of ensuring safety. It is also a necessary mechanical equipment for production.
The explosion-proof electric hoist is suitable for class I explosion-proof coal mine non mining working face places and class II explosion-proof places with class IIa, IIB, IIC, temperature group T1-T4 combustible gas or explosive gas mixture composed of steam and air. The working environment temperature is - 25 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, which is suitable for indoor use; when it is used outdoors, protective devices need to be added.
Explosion proof key editing
1. The electrical components of electric hoist include: lifting and running motor, control box, control button, limit device, etc. all adopt self-contained explosion-proof equipment.
2. Soft cable power supply introducer is adopted.
3. The mechanical parts shall be flameproof measures. In order to prevent friction and high temperature sparks from impact during operation of electric hoist, the relevant parts shall be treated.
(1) Fill in proper amount of mechanical oil in the lifting and running reducer.
(2) Apply grease to drum and wire rope.
(3) The connection sleeve of the stop block on the left and right and the limit device on the limit bar is made of bronze plating or stainless steel.
4. The surface temperature of electric hoist during normal working time shall not exceed 110 ℃.
