Q1: About wax ingredients?
Paraffin wax, vegetable wax, soy wax, coconut wax, we can the blended formular according to your request.
Q2: Can you provide samples with my logo? How long will it take?
Yes, we can produce customized samples, and will return sample charge if order confirmed base on our agreement. It usually takes 3-5 days to make samples, but still depends on the detailed demands on quantity, specifications and workmanship.
Q3: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ depends on your requirements on the products specifications for material, color, size, and trims.
Q4: What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, Paypal (for samples only), LC. 30% deposit, 70% balance by BL copy.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity.
