2.Can I ask for a free sample?
We'd like to provide few order to you but require for a sample price and we give it back for your next mass order then you get the sample for free.
3. How do you control the product quality?
We have our QC department,each product were strictly tested one by one before shipping.
4.What is your quality guarantee policy?
We offer warranty for 3 month if there is some problems of quality. Except the man-made damage.
5.Do you have certificates for skateboard manufacturer?
Yes, we have all the certificates you need.
6.Could you design the skateboard as requirements?
Yes, we have a professional technician team, OEM and ODM are welcome.
7. What payment terms can you accept?
We accept payment of T/T, Western Union , Paypal and Alipay and cash.
8.When can you send out the parcel?
1-7days or according to the order quantity.

We use express delivery like DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT or by air by sea,Postal packet,etc.
