1.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are professional manufacturing group more than 15 years for cosmetic packaging.
2.What's your sample policy?
We offer 2~5 stock samples for free. We charge a sample production fee for custom samples and it will take 7-15 days to produce them.
You may need to pay for the sample shipping fee.
3.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We will make PPS & range board before volume production and test them after sample approved, and make 100% inspection during production, then do random checks before packing, finally, we will take pictures after packing.
4.What shipping INCOTERMS do you offer?
We can do EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, DDU etc. For DDP and DDU, we can ship by sea or by air.
5.What's your lead time for mass production?
For most of our products, the lead time for mass production is 20-35 days.
6.How can you ensure the quality of your products?
We always put quality first. From incoming raw material inspections, and the production process, to the quality control of the final product, our IQC, IPQC and OCQ staff follow each step strictly with a systematic measurement for quality assurance.
7.Will you help with shipping? Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have clients across the world. We can arrange shipping to different countries in the world.
