Customized Hard Plastic Injection Parts Molding Pure Polypropylene Block
Common types of plastics are: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS).
1.Polyethylene plastic is relatively soft and has a waxy feel to the touch. Compared with the same plastic, it is lighter in weight and has a certain degree of transparency. When it burns, the flame is blue. The main application areas are: plastic wrap, vest-style plastic bags, plastic food bags, milk bottles, pails, water bottles, etc.
2.Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin made by the polymerization of propylene. Mainly used in household appliances injection parts, modified raw materials, daily injection products, pipes, etc.
3.Polystyrene plastic is widely used in optical instruments, chemical industry and daily necessities, used to make tea trays, sugar bowls, soap boxes, cigarette boxes, student rulers, combs, etc. Due to the certain air permeability, when made into film products, it can be used as a good food packaging material.
4.ABS Plastic ABS has good electrical insulation and is almost unaffected by temperature, humidity and frequency, and can be used in most environments. The largest application areas of ABS resin are automobiles, electronic appliances and building materials.
