Application:
The cementing head is employed to connect the pumps of the cementing unit to the casing string for cementation of the annular space between casing and bore hole and it also accommodates the cementing plugs used for casing cementation.
Cementing head is made from solid forged round of alloy steels AISI4130/4140/4145 or equivalent material and it is fully heat treated.
Double plug cementing head is special tool for pumping slurry and releasing plug.It can couple with two plugs simultaneously,and makes the drilling fluid fill into.

Features:
1. Quick-latch adapter is designed to offer easier, faster and safer makeup for two-stage cementing.
2. It is manufactured by API grade steels with API 8 round, buttress and premium threads.
