Usually the steps of producing and providing the molded EPP package foam for clients are as below:
1) Client provides digital 3D part drawing files and advises density/colour requirements;
2) Confirm the material used for the inserts/packing foam, and quote according to clients' drawings and requirements;
3) Make prototypes by CNC machining from EPP blocks and Open moulds for producing the EPP foam part:
4) Using the mold for producing samples for the customer to check
5) Customer confirming the sample and approve the mass production order process
