Product introduction:
Acid and alkali resistant filling machine is an explosion-proof filling machine suitable for petrochemical, food, military and other enterprises working environment. It adopts liquid level filling method and is suitable for a variety of liquid materials. The unique spray gun device is easy to operate, fast and accurate pouring, and ensures the leakage of residual liquid at the end of filling.

Feature:
It is manufactured according to QB / t2501-2000 gravity type automatic loading weighing instrument; The contact material part is made of PP and PTFE stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance;
■ the system is made of Japan 701, Omron relay and other high-end electrical accessories; The filling gun is designed for quick disassembly and assembly by hand, which is convenient for maintenance;
■ the additional pneumatic ball valve at the front section of the filling gun is automatically closed when it is not filled to
prevent material leakage; The sealing system is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is solvent resistant, acid and alkali
resistant, and has long service life;
■ the platform and drum of the scale are made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance;
■ the filling gun adopts the plug-in filling method to avoid the material flying shallow on the barrel and affecting the outer
packaging; The system adopts two-stage automatic filling mode of large and small materials to improve the accuracy;
after the single barrel filling value reaches, the filling gun will automatically lift up and wait for the next start-up;
